Privacy policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
This policy covers the personal assistant tools I run for myself (the Google Cloud app "Oracle", also used by my personal finance ledger). They are private tools: they are used only with my own Google accounts and the accounts of companies I work in, never offered to the public.
What data the tools access
With my authorization, the tools read and organize email and calendar data from my own accounts (Gmail and Google Calendar): messages, attachments, events and invitations. They may create drafts and calendar entries in those same accounts. They never send email on their own.
How the data is used
The data is used only to help me keep track of my own work: finding what people ask of me, reminding me of commitments and meetings, and preparing drafts for me to review. It is not used for advertising, profiling of third parties, or training any model.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on servers I own and operate. Access is limited to me and to software I run.
Sharing
The data is not sold, rented or shared with anyone. It is not transferred to third parties, except to the extent needed to process it with AI models I use for my own work, under those providers' terms.
Google user data
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access and deleting data
Access can be revoked at any time from Google account permissions. To ask for the deletion of any data, write to me.
